Description:
A short session on stress management for the teachers was conducted by clinical psychologist Miss Ishika Pramanik on 18th March, 2025. Miss Praminik advocated the following strategies for coping with stress.
Embrace imperfections
Practice gratitude
Bring humor to rescue
Confide
Practice self care
Try Meditation/yoga.
The teachers found it to be interesting as children's and teacher's mental health go hand in hand.
The session concluded with a vote of thanks proposed by Mrs. S. Jacob.
